I have been cooking for a long time, but that doesn’t mean that you need a lot of cooking experience to follow my recipes. I try to make recipes interesting for seasoned cooks as well as beginners. When I’m not in the kitchen, or writing a blog post or cookbooks, I can be found traveling, with Italy heading the list. I share my expertise in food lectures, cooking classes, and demonstrations.
